      Best way to prep my gut for the day

      I have had a lot of gut health issues over the past few years and this specific probiotic has helped me. I used to take AG1 but honestly it was too much to drink in the AM. these two little gummies are soft and delicious, and perfect to take first thing in the morning. I started the supplement during the holidays, which we all know is filled with rich, gluttonous meals. It helped me indulge without feel too uncomfortable. Would definitely recommend.
