I just completed 30 days of incorporating Sleep into my daily routine and I have to say, I've tried several melatonin supplements over the years and this one by far has worked the best. It gently rocks me to sleep pretty quickly, and I wake up feeling less groggy than other supplements. I have two littles, and one them wakes up a few times a night. Even with Sleep, I am able to wake up, do what I need to do to help my little, and I can easily fall back asleep. Whereas others I'm either a zombie or the supplement has worn off by the time I wake with him. The texture is also PERFECT - soft unlike other gummies, and the flavor is amazing.
